Privacy Protection. Adurno Farm protects the privacy of its customers and guarantees that data processing complies with EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018).

Purposes of Processing. Personal data (demographic, tax, and contact information) collected directly or through third parties (including data voluntarily provided via email by B2B entities requesting catalogs) is processed for the following purposes:

1. Execution of the sales contract and shipping;

2. Compliance with legal and tax obligations;

3. Responding to business inquiries and managing B2B relationships. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6, paragraph 1, subparagraphs (b) and (c) of the GDPR
